Training
We provide paid training and continuing education opportunities to all of our staff.
We also provide quarterly shadowing and weekly group supervision calls to help staff learn and grow.
Time off
We provide accrued paid time off for all employees regardless of their status as a full-time or part-time employees.

What should you expect when you apply?
We try to be as transparent as possible with the positions and clients we have available. Our job listings are geared towards specific clients or pairs of clients in a specific area. Please apply for those you feel would be a good fit. We will then give you a call and schedule an interview. Our interviews can be done in person at our therapy center in Carnegie, PA or virtually depending on your preference and our availability.
Once we've decided you're a good fit for the team, we extend an offer letter for you to sign virtually, get copies of your clearances and other required documents, and complete the onboarding and training process and client meet and greets!
